Cryss discovers a hidden cave - We were wandering in the woods on a farm (by invitation) that makes maple syrup to see how sap is collected. Maple syrup is made from February until late March. This is called “the sugaring season” It takes approximately 40 gallons of sap to make 1 gallon of maple syrup.
